Q: What package is best for me?

Start with our New Member Special, one month of unlimited fitness and yoga for $59.  This gives you plenty of time to get a feel for our space, classes and instructors.  After your first month one we can help you pick a package that is right for you based on your attendance and budget.  We have unlimited monthly plans as well as class packs.

All our classes are adaptable for all levels, but for first-time clients, we recommend starting with Gentle, Chair, or Restore Yoga for a welcoming introduction to yoga. For fitness, Pilates or HR Fit are great options to begin your journey.

Yes, all memberships include fitness and yoga and we encourage you to enjoy a variety of classes.

You should wear clothes that are comfortable and do not restrict your ability to move.  You can bring water and towel to class.

For yoga and fitness classes bring your own mat if you have one.  We do have a few to loan.

For fitness classes bring a clean pair of workout shoes.   Shoes are not worn in Pilates classes. Barefoot or grippy socks are an option.

  • Please aim to arrive at class about five to ten minutes early. If you are new to the studio or are in need of making a payment – please arrive earlier.
  • Do not bring cell phones into class.
  • Please bring your fitness shoes in, do not wear them in from outside.  This helps keep the fitness room floors free of dirt, salt, water etc.
  • Personal belongings & shoes are to be left outside the yoga room
  • Yoga and fitness are personal practices, not competitive ones. We all show up for different reasons and at different levels—and that’s what makes group sessions so rewarding and fun!
  • Your final relaxation in yoga is called Savasana. It allows your practice to manifest. If you know you have to leave early – let your instructor know and place yourself near the exit door or leave quietly.
  • Enjoy…..this should be a time of transition and transformation. Arrive, land, receive.
  • Lastly, leave behind: Your backpack of worries!
