Light weights and resistance band exercises will help you burn calories, build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength to take your fitness to the next level. Your instructor(s) will show a variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.
HR Fit
Tone and strengthen your body from head to toe in this dynamic, results-driven class. Designed with 30-second segments targeting each muscle group, it keeps things moving and effective. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, every movement is customizable to match your fitness level. Expect a full-body burn, boosted energy, and serious strength gains!
HR Moves:
A fun combination of aerobics, kickboxing, dance, and muscle conditioning. With a variety of intensities participants of all levels can get their hearts pumping in this results-oriented workout. Improve self-confidence while getting fit. Come get your sweat on!
Combat:
Combat is an energy packed mix of martial arts moves that will get you fit, fast and strong- and leave you feeling fierce and empowered, regardless of your age or fitness level! It’s high-energy fun with great music to keep you energized! Your instructor(s) will show a variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.
Restore Yoga:
Reconnect mind and body through mindful movement, breath, and balance.
Build physical and mental strength while supporting a healthy spine and overall well-being. This is an all levels class.
Gentle Yoga:
This class is accessible to everyone, no matter your experience or ability. Gentle Yoga focuses on deep stretching, calming breathwork, and quieting the mind. It’s the perfect way to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore a sense of peace and balance—both physically and mentally.
Chair Yoga:
Chair yoga is designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. This class will move your whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses using a chair for support. Poses are modified so those with health restrictions, decreased range of motion and physical challenges can enjoy the benefits.
A low-impact workout meant to strengthen your entire body with repetitive, fluid movements and poses. Pilates promotes mobility and strengthens all the major muscle groups, with a key focus being on the deep core muscles.
